Working closely with Garth, Klipspringer adapted the highly popular SegriScreen concept to produce a made-to-measure cover to protect its first recipient – a 7 ft Sancassiano mixer!
This included developing a new hygienic method to manufacture well-fitting covers in a way that wouldn’t introduce bug traps or moisture harbourage points, and yet still be sufficiently robust for a food factory environment.
After multiple prototypes, the SegriCover was born – a bespoke, waterproof and hygienic cover to suit machines and production items of all shapes and sizes, protecting them from both water ingress and contamination.
As an additional feature, it also included branding (not shown) and the machine cover name for effective visual management.
