I would just like to say how impressed I was whilst making a large order this afternoon with one of your customer service executives; Celia Garnham.
She was extremely polite and helped me go through the long list of items I required for my first order (which I didn’t have any product codes for) items for my new factory.
She spent 45 minutes helping me through the order and got every item I needed and had a very extensive knowledge of your products.
I have to say I have never written in to any company to commend their employees, but I was that impressed with her and your companies service, I felt she should receive some recognition and thanks.
