John chose for a combination of different visual management solutions to achieve the professional image he was seeking: in addition to shadow boards for equipment storage and control, a number of bespoke signs were introduced around the factory by Klipspringer. This included making the company vision visible to all production staff, as well as safety messages, right through to KPI boards and line numbers. Going bespoke enabled John to personalise each sign to the specific requirements of that area, from size and shape, to corporate fonts, colours and logos. This greatly increased recognition and awareness amongst the team.
Once everything had been installed, John was amazed by the impact.
