The Mono was developed to address the well-known issues with traditional thermometer checking methods used in the food and hospitality industries.
Rather than relying on the traditional ice or boiling water check, the LazaPort Mono uses a certified, UKAS-accredited test medium to remove the subjectivity from food temperature checks.
