The Challenge

Having worked as Hygiene Manager across a number of food production sites, Andy has a wealth of experience. One problem he has consistently been faced with is effective segregation (particularly related to wash-downs and routine hygiene operations - a challenging problem for all sites which do not have a nightly shut down).
