The team is always extremely busy, and Andrew had been concerned for a while about the adequate monitoring of temperatures in his fridges and freezers during peak times.
His team is thorough, and their diligence was never in question, but manual temperature checks at the correct times were proving increasingly impractical. Andrew needed a solution that would give him peace of mind without burdening his team with extra work.
