Prepare & Pack your Parcel
- We recommend using one of Klipspringer’s re-usable instrument boxes which is designed to best protect your equipment. If you don’t have one to hand, use suitable packaging to protect your item(s) in transit.
- Ensure the Returns Form is included inside your parcel.
- Attach your postage label to the outside of the parcel. If you have selected parcel drop-off, take your parcel to your nearest Post Office or Royal Mail drop-off location. If you have selected collection, ensure that your parcel is ready for collection by the specified time.
