The sampling range includes both individually wrapped single use tools as well as stainless-steel tools.
Why buy single use?
- As each item is individually wrapped, they can be confidently used to eliminate cross contamination risks that could occur with re-useable equipment. This could include risks from allergens, species, strong taints or items with staining properties.
- When collecting samples for microbiological or chemical testing, the samples can be taken aseptically to ensure there is no chance of potential contamination. Items can also be purchased as sterile (ask the Klipspringer Sales staff for more information) where this is a requirement.
- As the tools are used and then discarded to waste, they do not require cleaning, so reduces times in cleaning as would be required with re-usable items. Therefore, no cleaning validation is required to prove your cleaning processes are sufficient to remove such items as allergens and no hygiene training required for the staff who use them. So making compliance in these areas much easier to demonstrate with your Customers and 3rd party Auditors.
